Make the receipt verbiage at the bottom of consolidated receipting editable

I would like to use consolidated receipting to acknowledge (but not receipt) QCD and stock gifts. If it is an acknowledgement only, we should not be stating at the bottom that is it their official receipt. I would like to be able to edit or remove that note.
