So there is a workflow of: Add event (or several in a series), add new people that participated in different events, I then have to delete the events in the series because the roster caches from when the event is created. Can there be a feature that allows new people, that attend small groups, to be dropped right into the series roster without deleting the events and re-entering them to get the latest roster? Maybe a check mark that allows the person to be added to all classes in the series? I have 6-7 small groups and keeping attendance is huge.
I agree this is definitely needed as our small group events are planned out by semester with individuals that come late frequently.
