In actions, a "What kind of action" type of Text Message would be good to have. We use text messaging to follow-up with guests when we have limited contact information and we do not reach them by phone call/mail box is full, etc... It would be nice to be able to distinguish text messaging as a kind of action.
I agree. Please add text messaging as a category. We utilize texting to follow up with guests when the other methods to do not work. We have to categorize those actions as phone call or email now since text is not an option.
