"Find Small Group" feature on public website

We would like to integrate a "find group" feature from Blackbaud on our website. There is a public facing portion of our Churchteams site that is linked on our site that allows people seeking a group to connect with someone.

Thanks for this suggestion as we feel this will help many churches help their congregants get plugged into a community at their church!
