Add an event type (children, students, missions, etc...)

I have just received an update on this. It should now be shipping by the end of the 1st half of this year.
This is disappointing. We need a way to filter our events since we fill several days a week with more events than can be seen in the calendar boxes.

I just found it on the roadmap. This will be shipping by the end of February!
We know how important event types/categories are for filtering your view of the calendar. When you're looking at all the events for the entire church, it is a lot of visual clutter and we are working on fixing that! I will get a date for when we plan to ship this and update the idea post accordingly.
