Ability to delete constituent profile after a merge has been done.

Since a profile is duplicated every time a person registers for an event, we have ended up with 5+ profiles on hundreds of people. After merging, those profiles still show up even though they have been merged into an active record. We need a way to delete those inactive/duplicated profiles so we are not left with so many profiles for one person.

    Hi! You can delete these inactive merged records by going to the Database View. You have to have the appropriate permissions in order to have access to this.

    From the Database Health area on Church Management, click to see the merged records. From there you can click to create a list. Save the list as a static query.

    Go to the Database View and click "Admin"
    Click "Globally Delete Records"
    By Record Type select "Constituents" in the dropdown menu

    Click "Include" and then type your query name and select it.
