In Seraphim, we had something called "Tags" and we were able to add our assimilation categories and dates, like 1st and 2nd visits, newcomer lunch, CBC101, the date we "flipped" them from just visiting to attending and then membership. I guess now, it is showing up in "Custom Fields". So, for our church, it would be nice to have the flexibility of adding fields in that tile.
