We get bits and pieces of information from people who may already have a record, but certain office staff are unaware. It would be so helpful, beneficial, and time saving to be able to search records by an address, a phone number, or an email address. This was a functionality on a database we previously used and it came in handy weekly.

City and state aren't searchable in the omnibar, but you can search on address details in web view using constituent lists.
No you can't. If I name the city where we live, constituents cannot be searched by city. They can be searched by name, phone number, and email, but not by city or street.
