We have a bunch of older adult leaders who struggle with the technology of self check in and would like printed attendance sheet to check in with.

Please help us!

We updated the text on the sign-In sheet based on the type of Check-in used. For Self Check-in Classes, you now only see the word "Signature" on the sign-in sheet. For Child Check-in Classes, a chaperone is still referenced.

Ok - that makes sense. I'll take a look at the sign in sheet and see if there is something we can do to make it a little more generic so it can fit for adults as well.

So when we go to "print the sign in sheets" under classes it has a line at the top that says "Parents Signature" that to our adult classes seems odd. The other option for printing is "print a participant list" and this one has a chaperone list on it. So what I am asking for is a printed list with a check off next to it. I know that small groups you can do these for, but these classes are ones they need to sign up for first under the registration in events. It would be very tasking to have to jump screens to move my participants from the registration page to the small group section. Besides these classes are also only 6 week classes and they may not be used again. I would export that participant list and just create a check in, but I cant seem to find that option as well.

Depending on where you have these adults setup in the system, we may already have a solution. If they are in a Class, we do have printed sign-in sheets you can create by going to the Classes tab and clicking the (...) button next to the class.
