Problem: 282 preregistered children for VBS using event registration. None of the parents names were linked to chaperones so we couldn't check in anyone without a staffed kiosk to add them manually.

Solution: Hand wrote stickers for 282 children the first day. Stayed up till 10pm manually putting in 282 chaperones to children that night.

Would be great if we are creating constituents with the registration form, if there was way to link the parent names to the chaperone automatically in event registrations. That would have been nice.

P.S. We also made all the kiosks staffed for the remainder of the week...just in case. P.P.S. Please note we also tested out our system prior to the event... with our own children as test subjects. But we were already in the system as their chaperones. If we had tested on a brand new registration person that would have helped us see the glitch in testing.
