Make it so we can duplicate events Merged

If we are having events (especially in an event series) where they are all pretty similar minus a few details, it would be super helpful to be able to duplicate all the information (fees, participant options, etc) rather than have to re-create everything every single time.

    This is basically the same idea as - Replicate an Event - created March 4th. 2020 with 39 votes but no further action.

    Duplication of the registration form is what's needed especially.
