Add Option to filter by number of times constituent has attended a small group

useful in follow up when attendance trends in a specific group or small groups as a whole decline so outreach can be more specific and targeted

In the Congregation Summary, if you click on a dot in the Small Groups Attendance, there is a filter in the fly-out that allows you to do just this.
