Congregant Portal - Need Status Update

Where are we at in terms of having a congregant facing portal where members can log in, access their profile information, have access to groups, giving, etc.?

When we first switched to BB, this is something we were assurred was coming immediately, however, there's still nothing, and no clear timeline on when to expect this. It's a major issue with the platform, preventing us from being able to serve our church well.

Please provide an update ASAP! Thanks.

    Congregant Portal is currently in a Limited Availability phase being tested by some of our EAP participants. Based on their feedback we will update everyone as to our plans for a broader release. Thanks!

    We need this rolled out as soon as possible. Our congregants have been used to doing this already and when we switched to BB in the new year we were told it was coming. Disappointing to see this has been an ongoing topic with unfulfilled promises.

    Add this to the VERY LONG list of functionality that was promised when we switched to BB that has not yet been delivered.
