To determine the health of the church, we do not look at attendance as a whole as a barometer. Having 100% attendance by members and 30% attendance by guests or prospects, is not necessarily good. Outreach is performed on the Connections/Small Groups or Classes level, not going door to door on Tuesday evenings. Those days are gone.

We would like to compare attendance by date, by Membership Status, maybe even Constituent Codes, and by setting criteria, a workflow would be created for the leader to either make the contact himself or reassign to a relationship manager. Thanks!
