Small Group sign up pull in database rather than format in email

Removing the sign up email for small groups and have the sign up need approved or declined by a small group admin in Church Management.

    Instead of request to join, how about a registration form with the capability to be basic or complex. To do so now, you have to pick one day of the SMG planned meetings and create an event.

    Using the small group finder some congregants are unable to request to join any group because they do not have their email app configured. (There are a number of reasons why email apps may not be configured—if the device/computer is borrowed or shared, or just hasn't been set up.) In my case, clicking on "Request to Join" did absolutely nothing. There was no error message or help button, no indication that the program was or was not working. It would be nice to have the small group finder work for people who do not have a default email app configured in the way that Blackbaud CMS expects.
