When we used Fellowship One as our database, we were able to type T (for Today's date) and Y (for Yesterday's date) within any calendar on the database. The date would change to accommodate rather than us clicking a number for the date or typing it in. It was a HUGE time-saver since we do most of our data entry on Mondays, following weekend worship services.
