My org joined Blackbaud in June and we were excited that our database and email communications would now be all in one place. Our previous email marketing system was not linked to our previous database, so I wanted to import all contacts from that system to make sure we had all our email contacts in Blackbaud. I discovered, however, that importing contacts into Church Management / Raiser's Edge is extremely difficult and have not been able to add these contacts. I also do not want to have to enter them all in manually. Please make it easier to import lists of contacts so that our email marketing can be more affective and include more people.
