Add a regularly used email category in communications

It would be helpful to have a category of regularly used emails in Communications. Once an email is sent, it can be copied but you have to weed through all of the sent emails to find the one you want to copy. It would be great if you can flag some emails as regularly used so they appear as templates on the Communications > Email page.
