In Seraphim you could export a "group" using a Family feature so only 1 record per household showed up with the name "LastName Family" as the salutation. In Raisers Edge you can also export a query and select to narrow the results by only Head of Household, first constituent or both constituent. Only our finance staff will be using Raisers Edge and we need the ability to view and/or export lists in other ministry areas for mailings or contact to the household and not each constituent.

Would like to have a view AND export option for lists to show 1 record per family and the addressee would either be definable, like the other addressee/saluations drop down options, or set as a default like Seraphim where the field is automatically created as "LastName Family".
