It would be helpful to be able to attach documents to emails.

Great suggestion, unfortunately we will not be implementing this. Most email providers mark mass emails sent with attachments (such as videos or documents) as spam/junk, so we do not allow our customers to add such attachments.
Instead, you can attach a video or document via a sharing platform link (Such as OneDrive or DropBox). You can even include a picture of the document or video in the body of your email and hyperlink the image to the shared document/video. That will enable you to share those items without having your emails marked as spam or junk.

I agree with Nancy. Being able to attach a document to an email should be standard. As a church, we actually send out multiple documents that congregants can download, print, etc. As our main database now, the blackbaud system should be able to accomodate this feature, without our having to add another system to our computers or making an email 4 pages long. As a church, I have never had trouble with my email provider spamming our mail because of an attachment.
