Identical Data Terminology Across Web and Database Views

Would like to have the exact same data terminology used across both web and database views, unlike current terminology (see attached screen capture from the Blackbaud University Curriculum for Blackbaud Church Management).

    We completely agree that there are differences in terminology between the DatabaseView and the WebView. As we have been bringing solutions to the WebView, we have updated our terminology for several of the items based on feedback we've received during discovery.


    In order to speed up our time to bring those items forward, we will not be going back and updating our terminology in the DatabaseView when we update to use a more precise term in the WebView. That is exactly why we have called out many of the terminology changes in our help articles because we understand that during this transition period, there are some discrepancies between the two. Thank you for your patience during this transition period 😊
