Add the # of participants to the initial

Add the # of participants to the initial "add event" pop-up screen.

We should be able to add the # of participants to the initial "add event" pop-up screen. Currently we have to wait until an event is created and saved. Then take an extra step to Edit Participants and then add it in. Extra steps mean extra ways to miss something.
