If you have been using Constant Contact for marketing emails you may have seen the "engagement tab" in individual records. I find it really helpful to see wether or not a constituent has opened or clicked on any of the emails that are sent to them. Right now I can only see who opened a particular email in the sent emails area. I can't look at an individual record to see what emails they did and did not receive or open.
This is something that we currently make great use of in Constant Contact -- A tab where I can see if someone is opening and reading our marketing emails and whether or not they clicked on anything. This is an important tool we use to monitor engagement -- as well as make sure we have correct emails on file (if no emails are being opened we might question whether we are ending up in a junk folder and mail is not being seen.)
I had hoped to drop Constant Contact and use RE Church Management for our weekly parish emails - but I don't think I can give up the ability to have a quick glance and how people are engaging with us.
Please vote Yes to have this feature included in RE Church Management.
