View form submissions

We need to have an easier way to get to Event registration form info.  Currently, you have to get to the form through the event which means you have to know when the event is happening and that is not always easy!  There should be an option Events to view all active forms.

Love this! In an ideal world we would have an Event Registration Page to go to on blackbaud. It would list all the active registrations (and maybe inactive ones if registration copying becomes a thing). Sortable by date or registration name or in our case campus name (constitiuent code).

The way I read this is we have active registration forms that we linked on our website. For example: 4 times a year we have a pancake breakfast. So instead of recreating the wheel we just took the date off the confirmation email and reused the link to that registration form. Well then the pastor requested a change to the registration form. But in order to edit this I need to find the exact date. So it would be nice if we had an option to search for active registration forms. Basically a list active registration forms page. (I have since just recreated the form for each event to resolve this...but it would be nice since I manage 118 webpages, not all active.) Hopefully I have guessed this accurately.

How are we coming on this? I would like them to have a separate event module where you can have all event forms in one place like you do when you go to the donation form designer.

HI Samantha!  I work in Finance so I would be looking for event pricing and possibly extras like t-shirt sales, scholarships added, etc. and the number of submissions to reconcile to deposits.  In F1 we had a report we could run that would look at a form and give us a summary of all the data based on answers to questions or options on the form.  For example on a student camp registration form, there were 55 students registered for the event, 48 t-shirts sold and sizes, and $600 total in extra money given for scholarships.  That was very helpful.  Also, we could go to a list of active (or inactive if you want) forms, select one and view the setup,  submissions, etc. associated with the form.  Please ask if you have more questions!  Thanks!

    Thanks for this Idea!

Can you tell me a little more about what type of information you're looking to find in an easier way? Are you looking to see that registrations came into a form? Or that a form exists for an event? Or something else about the event registration form?
