Recent experience also reveals need for a field/option/setting that allows for toggling between reporting based on constituent start/end dates and reporting on just the constituent code value itself (i.e. not accounting for the start/end dates).

For example, I populated the primary constituent code "date from" field on a constituent record with a future date. In my reporting, however, the said constituent record is identified (defaults to?) the secondary constituent code with no value in the "date from" field.
