Small Group Search ideas - some not searchable, request to join go to leaders

PLEASE make it so those who are not seeking new members NOT appear on the search list!  I have quite a few small groups that should not be searchable.  Also is there a way to have the "request to join" go to the group leaders?  We do not have one staff member managing all our small groups...

    We have shipped both items listed!

    • Some Small Groups not being searchable - We solved this by only showing Small Groups on the Small Group Search page that have indicated in Small Group Properties that they are "Seeking new participants". If this is not checked, then they will not appear on the Small Group Search page.

    • Request to join going emails going to leaders - We solved this by adding a new setting in Constituent > Settings > Small Groups where an admin can determine who receives request-to-join emails.

    Hi Nancy! Thanks for your feedback!

    Since you posted this, we updated the Small Group Search page so that it only shows small groups that have indicated they are "Seeking new participants" (Go to a small group > "Edit group"). 

    We received a number of requests to have "request to join" emails go to the small group leaders instead of a single email address. This is being designed and we are planning on implementing this as soon as the design is complete.
